Check out the CMF TA indicator for here. The money's definitely been flowing INTO and not OUT OF NK as it might to the naive appear would otherwise be the case after a slew of pissant ambulance chasing lawsuits hit the airwaves.

That's a very good sign especially since it all started flowing back in after he started cleaning house here, IMO, getting ready for the real 'going public' NANT event.

Everything has come into place (GPS Cancer launch). The end-end goal is reached and 'soft' launch this Saturday, April 30th w/ the full in-market launch later this year after they cut through whatever Florida insurance red-tape is left tying things up.

Question is...Will Dr.SS 'go public' before, after or coinciding w/ the full GPS Cancer launch later this year?

Market still behaving.

'later'...could be sooner than we think. Florida's gotta be close to allowing their physicians to transition over to the GPS Cancer test. He wrapped up his last transaction in January (NaviNet), launched CMS2020 and cleaned house here and honed their accounting skills w/ the internal audit. If he was waiting for full integration, that time is HERE AND NOW!

Getting exciting.

Recall, it was just a few weeks from now, last year, when NK (then, ConkWest) released its pre-S1. Curious why we've heard no "IPO" rumblings lately. He will do it. We know that for a fact. He just got talking about the NH Trust in his latest interview, which he already explained to FORBES last year, depends on NH being publicly traded. My guess, is we'll only hear of those rumblings as tracking stock IPO's (as FORBES' investigation led him to surmise would be the case). Which of course can only happen after NantWorks, LLC is already trading post Dr.SS issuing the, IMO, Form 10 taking it public.

Interesting to note how the launch of GPS Cancer demonstrates just how almost impossible it would be to imagine the subs traditional IPO'ing as discrete, independent entities considering how absolutely dependent they all are on each other. GPS Cancer...NH collects the data, NO crunches it then passes the results back to NH to disseminate to the doctor/patient to make their final decision. My guess is NO's test results will probably recommend an NK blood bag in most cases. smile

p.s. - oh, and NantWorks, LLC can dba as NantHealth because "NantHealth", specifically spelled like that, is the BRAND NAME for Nant Health, LLC (note, the important space) which is the actual sub's business entity name.
p.s.s. - and, ever wonder why he officially changed up his entity's names so often w/ the states their incorporated in (adding/deleting spaces, commas, etc.)? I think I'm seeing why...Always keep 'em guessing. wink
