The Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eco-Logical Concepts Inc., sells its bioremediation products for the treatment of sewers, sludge ponds, septic tanks, lagoons, farms, car washes, portable sanitation facilities, grease tanks, lakes and ponds under the brands TRAP-EZE, SEPT-EZE, TANK-EZE and WASH-EZE to distributors who resell the Company's products to end user customers. The Distribution Agreement gives Everglades the right to resell the Company's products in the Northeastern Tri-State area (New York-New Jersey-Connecticut), South Florida and the Middle East for successive one-year automatically renewable terms.
Everglades has sold, and continues to introduce, the Company's bioremediation products to a number of their customers, including, but not limited to, AQUEOUS Solutions and Grease Trap Cleaner for use at New York's Kennedy and LaGuardia airports.
