The money went into his pocket and those of his family. That's easily provable. The record of the bank transactions and the QuickBooks file prove that. But heck, you know exactly what I mean. He paid just enough to get the scam afloat.
For example, he paid the initial contract for content so he could set-up the scheme, but then he made no more payments even though he was explicitly given hundreds of thousands of dollars to do that. Oh, and by the way, the original contract for content was horrible. It was obviously meant to display something on line without actually making any sales. You know the history of the details about that so I won't go into it here.
He bought some servers and paid for the initial hosting thereof, but a few months later he just quit paying the monthly fees although he was provided with the funds to do that.
He was provided with the funds to pay the IRS but he didn't
Etc.
Yet, he paid himself $100K in yearly salary. HE paid his wife $25K in yearly salary, supposedly to do the bookkeeping while he had Lovejoy doing that work. She too got paid $25K a year. On top of that he paid his wife's insurance directly from the company's account. All that in spite of the fact that many of those working there say that they hardly ever saw her.
The tab for restaurants is pretty darn large and so is the ATM withdrawals.
In 2008 alone, he transferred hundreds of thousands to the ICTN account.
On top of that, he borrowed monies from a number of private individuals and never paid them back. At least in one case, after he had resigned, he went to court as the legal representative of RLTR and lied to the judge. I've got all the proof. To bad in this country the people running the government are too lazy and too dumb to follow up on everything.
But heck, you know exactly what I am talking about. So I am not writing this for your sake. I am writing this to try to make clear that which some people want to obfuscate.
