As you know, I have copies of hundreds of bank statements covering a number of years. I have records that show how he went about convincing investors to buy more stock directly from the company and convince others to lend the company money.

These records clearly show that once the funds went into the back accounts, Henthorn quickly disbursed the funds to ICTN, himself, his family, and a couple of others -- close friends. He also quickly disbursed the funds via cash withdrawals from ATMs, going to fancy restaurants and buying certain things that had clearly nothing to do with business. He paid some people large sums with checks for "contractual work" that, considering a series of other variables, was not needed, and, I am sure did not happen.

Meantime, he did not pay any of the bills. I've got copies of bills that were much older than the times when he received these funds, including proof that monies were owed to the federal government for payroll. Under the law, paying this comes first of all and he obtained funds explicitly for this purpose and then spent the monies elsewhere. That is outright fraud.

I don't need to go on anymore. If after this anyone who comes here insist of buying this stock, they deserve whatever happens to their money.
