Warning--dilution in "site." It turns out that .03 was way too much to pay for EAPH. Now they're trying to sell 1.66 billion shares of fresh new stock at a tenth of that price per share in an effort to raise five million dollars--more than their market capitalization. Who'd have guessed that after only a couple of years they'd end up in this bad a shape?

A good bottom's hard to beat.
