Maybe someone got wind of positive outcome because it's holding OK and I haven't even seen anything new from Ole Frog Eyes or other shorts gloating -- really, what NEW can come out of the lawsuit?

BTW I sent in my paperwork and supposed to get a postcard to confirm it was received, got nothing and it's been 6 days --
anyone else get a postcard?

I lost about 7K during the period in question and more since,
mainly after the last public offering by the new management.

But holding and confident just frustrated the money's been tied up!
