It's easy for Marshall keep giving shareholders the finger so long as he has someone else's money to cover his salary.

Put that in jeopardy and I think you would see an immediate change in his attitude toward shareholders. Those pulling his strings are going to have to do something soon or see what's left of their investment fade away.

The recent conference call tells you what clout ordinary shareholders have. None. The silent treatment has driven away all but the die hard apostles. Who in his right mind would invest in this company under the current cloud of secrecy and nothing but negative rumors and speculation.

If the company has had setbacks and is making some effort to overcome them, they would be better served by coming clean with shareholders and maybe regain some confidence and maybe start attracting new investors again.

The only visible business plan is Marshall hiding under his desk and hoping something good might happen.

You see where that has gotten us.
