From reviewing the other documents, it seems the case was dismissed because all the remaining assets were sold and the proceeds already distributed to the creditors. Oak Point paid $30K for everything that was left or any assets that may appear in the future (Docket 485). There is absolutely nothing left of the company and no hope of any additional recovery. There is nothing left to distribute, which means there is nothing for the court to administer, so there is no need to continue with the bankruptcy. It is over.
