Shareholders wouldn't be clamoring for a shareholders meeting if they felt more comfortable with the direction of the company. While I don't expect to know all the details of the current endevours, I also wouldn't have expected to rummage through the 10k to find out that the EPA rejected the proposal.
Marshall and the rest of this clan have a history of misleading shareholders----Groundel funding, Perdue testing, and EPA to name a few.
I suggest further funding of the company should come out of Hoyt, Marshall, Shannon, and Zoutman's pockets.
