Yep. From their offering pr:
"The offering is expected to close on or about April 22, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions." Let the party begin! As the 2.7 million get sold, shorted, or whatnot, the B warrants get converted just enough to keep subscribers below the 5% threshold, thus no disclosure required. The A warrants are "free" and priced at $2.56 so we shall see about if Cappy does well enough to get there again.....
