There is a confidential report being done by an Surgeon General for Obama. Obama requested a medical review of all drugs & their classifications. It is to be released directly to Obama. Hard to find on the net but I will try to pull back up. It was to be released in 1st quarter or by May I believe??

Hence, the DEA is waiting on that review in order to make their determination on rescheduling cannabis. The DEA states they are to make a determination in the FIRST half of 2016. That is 2 months away.

Ohio's Attorney General just signed off on a MJ proposal for signatures to be on the 2016 ballots. It allows hemp & medical marijuana AND no restrictions for monopolies AND it allows personal growth. This bill will pass in Ohio Nov 2016!
