Among his numerous entrepreneurial endeavors, Kerby founded RealBiz Media Group, the largest video creation company in the North American real estate industry; R&R Television Network, with distribution into 34 million households; and TravelByUs, a NASDAQ small-cap company that completed 21 acquisitions including seven international tour operations, 24oo travel agencies, proprietary technology, air consolidators and cruise operations. He was also the founder of Leisure Canada with 210 Agencies, international tour operations in Great Britain, France, South Africa and the South Pacific, travel magazines and a Cuban hotel development.
Omar Jimenez, Monaker’s COO and CFO, has more than 33 years of multi-industry experience in building, strengthening and leading national and multinational, public and private companies in various degrees of corporate maturity, including start-up, stable, high growth or turnaround status. Jimenez is CPA, CGMA and a CPCU with an MBA, and has been involved with a number of public offerings and placements in the U.S. and in the U.K. In addition, he has participated in other venues to raise funds (e.g. debt, equity, joint venture, etc.). Jimenez has held a variety of senior financial management positions, including CFO at EpiCenter Development, a real estate developer with combined projects amounting to $6 billion; and president and CFO at American Leisure, which focuses on leisure and business travel, hospitality and hotels, call centers and real estate development. Jimenez also served as director of operations for U.S. Installation Group, Inc., a selling and installation group for The Home Depot; and CFO and VP of Onyx Group, Inc., a conglomerate with over 700 employees and annual revenues exceeding $400 million.
