In general, when a company deregisters from filing with the SEC it means you won't have any information being put out that you can trust, just whatever they post to OTCMarkets, which is a private company running a trading platform and has no oversight like the SEC.
When a company deregistered, they're pretty much telling you that they have given up and aren't willing to waste money being a filer. That, or they're a shell and are up for sale.
