What else do we know:

Biggest shareholders in HE-5 Resources Corp are:
- Giuseppe Gentile (beneficial holder)
- Gary P. Molinaro

But todays shareholders in TCCH are:
- Yervant Manoian
- Nicolas Kanellopoulos

When TCCH had plans back in 2012/2013 to go public (buying MLHI) there were some more shareholders of intrest:
- Bernie Nicholls
- Peter Kanellopoulos

We know from the financials that Giuseppe Gentile is in control of 56% of the outstanding shares, most of it is restricted. I think he's holding for the people who did the job, building TCCH in past years. I've named four of them, but there are more.
