Tracy's lease was issued to caribe Salvage
and Capa Cana Groups lease was issued to the corp.
Burt's lease was to Hispaniola Ventures.
I have never seen DBM's lease, but I would find it hard to believe that any rational person would sign
a salvage lease with a foreign government in their own name without the veil of a corporation for protection!
But considering Wilf, I just don't know?
But if that is the case why doesn't Wilf sue the government like Global (I'm pretty sure their lease is also in the company name from what I remember)?
He certainly isn't going to get anyone else mad at him. The chance for any new lease is zero.
The directive for the suspension of leases comes right from the president and we have another four years of Danillo.
So anything happening while he is still in office is a pipe dream, he is dead set against profit taking on the countries resources .
