I fail to see why, if the company has announced that they're offering bales of fresh new shares at .003, anybody would pay more than their offering price. It just doesn't make sense to me, but sometimes the market makes mistakes. This looks like a great opportunity to arbitrage some shares between the company and the open market.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
