ATIG stock has to be converted, by whatever means, into AGC stock, and AGC has to go public, before any AGC stock can trade.

Oh yeah, there might not be a "Reverse Split" of the ATIG stock, but I would expect a significant reduction of resulting AGC shares in the conversion.

I hope DB and those others involved have a really good plan to promote the hell out of Atlantis Gaming Corporation, both before and after it "goes public!"

Time will tell, as usual......
