It trades on the OTC market and like many still, files with the SEC. Currently, they're delinquent. Not until they file a Form 15 to deregister will they no longer be required to file 10-Qs and 10-Ks and technically, go dark.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
