When VTSI finally puts out the real details of the contract, I know that this stock will go up maybe between $0.17-$0.20. Your point on which board VTSI trades on is a good one. If VTSI really secures most of the $40MM contract and doesn't move off the pink sheets, then you know that this stock will never reach its full potential and will never have the institutional investors to push it to its full worth IMO. I don't know enough to make a judgment of the quality of management. Good to see VTSI push back up to $0.15 after the drop to $0.136.
