I think that VTSI could have released a better press release. When I look at Aerotech's press release, it merely says a contract up to $40MM, it doesn't include all of the other uncertainties that are contained in VTSI press release. Aerotech PR is vague but only includes the facts that are necessary at this point. I think that is why Aerotech continues to rise while VTSI hasn't had any significant rise lately. IMO I see the rise from $0.13 to 0.15 instead of $0.11 since it was basically was at steady state after the last earnings report.
