Nobody cares. Too many shares outstanding. VPER has been operating for 10+ years and has never done anything. Why would that change now? "Apollo" isn't an answer to that question since nobody knows anything concrete about that relationship. Until they address that, anyone buying this stock can only see what VPER has done and that is precisely nothing. Even if somebody wanted to take Apollo into consideration, they have done almost nothing as well.
PennySheik had a salient post yesterday which was basically "don't put any money in VPER you can't afford to lose". That is not stated often enough.
VPER needs to publish more information about the Apollo relationship. They are going to get the benefit of being publicly traded (which can only mean dilution) while collecting money from a private company (if Apollo actually does anything). Are there people employed by both companies? Are there people on the boards of both companies?
