UCP should benefit in 3 ways: technology transfer, knowledge exchange and client referrals. The former may streamline efficiency and processes (reduced costs), the later will impact top line revenues directly. In theory. I hope that the company will service the Nordic business of larger international clients going forward. Imagine Ikea or H&M be handled by 3kronor in their home markets! UCP would instantly double revenues for sure.

On the downside, 3Kronor's role should be manifested as the Nordic player in the LocalPlanet Group, so chances for international expansion are slim. Why this company is still trading on the US pink market is beyond me.
