"Pricing on the stock/warrants offering." Seems awfully optimistic given price performance prior to the recent run. I suppose its all prearranged to benefit someone, otherwise why in the world would there be any demand for CPST with closing price today $1.85 and likely to get the crap kicked out of it for the foreseeable future? Never know with this one though. Buyout, big news, or just more "hanky-panky"?
