Additionally, "no reverse split" is completely bogus as well. CEO of Apple couldn't/wouldn't say "no reverse split, FOREVER". The future can't be predicted and you have to look at it from the other side as well. What is the CEO supposed to say? "Oh, of course, we are planning a reverse split." No, he's going to say what everybody wants to hear and if they do reverse split, he'll simply say "well, ideally, you would never have to do a reverse split, but circumstances change in the business world."
Why does nobody care that there is no verifiable evidence of the relationship between Apollo and VPER? Until I see something from the company about that, my stance is that a deal for Apollo means absolutely nothing to VPER shareholders. Why would it? It is a different company. Regardless of the relationship between Apollo and VPER, as far as Apollo is concerned, Apollo's bottom line comes before VPER's.
