A 510(k) is not evidence that the Scrambler system is different. In fact, it is evidence that it is likely the same. Looking at the submissions on the FDA websites, it doesn't seem like there are any obvious differences.

Scrambler is a brand name as is Calmare - each owned by different entities.

That doesnt mean that CTT has permission to sell the technology - any licensed rights have been revoked or have expired. Even if sold to the military.
