I am surprised that the announcement didn't affect the number of trades and stock price. The statement "If successful in winning individual orders under this contract" makes it sound like there is another step to this process. Hopefully, this will be clarified in the near future, like the next stock holders meeting. Disappointed, but hopeful for the future.
