Good morning. No. I've seen far too many of these types of PR promises with these guys. What I'm looking for is for them to complete one thing, anything that brings bottom line value to the shareholder. It's never, ever happened yet!

Some respect for their shareholders concern and questions would be a nice change as well.

The facts are always buried in the filings if one wants to look deeply into them.

Is there a trade/flip possible on any of these tickers? Very possible.

Timing is always paramount in PinkyLand.

As to any/all forward looking PR's---I'll only believe it when I actually see their pretty visions become a reality.

When I see contractors, construction equipment and excavators breaking ground, that would be a start to building trust once again.

So far, they've all been just words and Father Time certified failures.
