I received my proxy yesterday and voted for all proposals except for the 1:2 reverse split/consolidation of shares.

While I'm sure this will pass regardless, they did very little to convince me why this transaction is even necessary. It is a zero-sum transaction and 85 million shares outstanding is not a lot of outstanding shares that require consolidation, particularly for a .10 stock that was recently just .02. It's already a tightly held stock and moves swiftly at the drop of a hat. Reducing the shares make it that much more volatile. Of course that's great on the upside, but we've already seen what has happened on the downside.
