For those with memories back to 2014, CPST did an offering @ $1.70 which they announced with the sp around $2.21 if memory serves. http://www.capstoneturbine.com/news/press-releases/detail/3164/capstone-turbine-announces-common-stock-offering
Current offering is for $1.75 per share based on a unit of 2 shares and an A warrant. Cost $1.74 per share based on a unit of 2 B warrants plus an A warrant. A units exercise price of $2.56.
