Updated Website, nice logo (I think), definitely looks both like a tree and lungs. I guess it captures some of what the company wanted to brand.
I typically do not like those types of changes, but in the long run, this may prove to be a good move.

I did like the old name and logo too.

May the winds of good fortune be with them :)
