Finally someone sued these folks. Someone close to Meris please tell her she has failed and accept defeat. Admit you screwed up big. Wait you won't because you feel the incense market is thriving and booming in utah.

On June 19, 2015, the Company received a civil court summons regarding an unpaid note payable with a principal sum of $125,000. On February 26, 2016, a final judgment for $105,756 due to the note holder was recorded in Broward County, Florida
