If they haven’t be delisted or had an SEC investigation yet, they aren’t likely to in the near term. They are almost always late in filing, never file notice of late filing and for whatever their financials are worth, or aren’t worth, they are eventually there. Worst in my opinion is your stuck with no bid stock. They aren’t required to file anything and they’ve do a real poor job of management of the public persona of the company forever. So, it is what it is, but with all the shares they have pumped into circulation they have managed to make it much harder for this stock to reflect any decent value.
