I also hope you are right, but i do not believe you are. I found this stock yesterday when i was scanning stocks for recent news. They sold shares for $1.25 which when you convert them in common shares for a ratio of 1/15464 you get a price for a common share of 0.00008 which is 10% of the current share price. That is a very steep discount....
