Why would anyone want to buy this shell? It is toxic. Not that difficult to audit a start up, file a registration and a 211 and it is squeaky clean.

Or a scammer can buy a scam from another scammer to scam new victims. But this garbage has too many skeletons and not enough closets to create a viable start up scam.
