Now why would anyone want a controlling block of a shell stock that has active SEC, and perhaps other federal actions, pending?

The prior BOD vacated this fraud to go private again as Phoenix UAS is seeking a new shell to crawl into discovered - there were over 8 million in prior liabilities attached to this fraud, and they still are.

History shows how folks went straight away to converting and continuing the fraud to the public with the rebirth as DSUS, a new story, only to resume the selling of worthless stock to the good ole deceived public.

DSUS insiders are in active federal prosecution litigation. Sheesh.
