On Yahoo Finance, Market Pulse Wanna million appears to be very tuned in to potential of this company.

We have had two law suits dismissed. Give credit to John Ryan for his focus.

No one discusses why AS and RM departed. Might have gone against the wishes of OrbiMed.

I would guess the CEO board member might become the new leader. JMHO.

MY thoughts are still the existing board has been at the helm for many years. Might need some new skill sets. Most are just financial experts. Which is a interesting comment given current situation.
