Personally, I cannot see any of your "big questions" happening.Even if its going down to 0003-1 like another poster thinks, who will sell at that price? The way the company operates tells me they also think the shares are worthless, beyond redemption, because there is no effort on their part to effectively market the company.And by this I include buying up float etc to show they believe in the future and that the stock is "undervalued".

Really I think they see people that buy shares as just plain, common, stupid because the fact that insiders do not buy shares should tell them the state of affairs. The fact that employees etc do not invest has been mentioned years ago and to me that's indicative that there is something structural and operational wrong with the company.Share structure and ownership comes to mind.

This company is a complete enigma, somehow it doesn't fit in, anywhere.

If you compare this company with the other crap out there surely there should be some interest, even one or two persons, but ZERO?

As I said before our salvation lies in the hands of some bigger company that sees UCPA as a good fit (value) in their present operations and by incorporating it can make it more efficient etc.

Other then that, please tell me.
