I wouldn't buy $UCPA higher than $0.0004, and most likely would consider a position only at $0.0003 and below.

Why? It's an investment trap. Anyone can buy in on the offer, but there's a clear downtrend to $0.0001, so it's very hard to sell out and become liquid again.

My year-end share price projection for $UCPA: $0.0003.
