That funding uncertainty is a key reason the pps isn't where it should be. I think it will be another synthetic if we aren't b/o. As for the BoD, they do harm by providing no good input to AD. AD deserves solid opinions from a BoD, and for that matter so did HB. They got nothing from these incompetent lickspitters.

separately, some randowm thoughts: I still think there is a moderate possibility that AD will sell off Ponatinib at years end and become a lung cancer company. Let's say he'd get $500-$600M, keeping in mind the buyer has a few trials to complete. PP has cleared the deck of 90 folks to permit hiring of a whole new sales force. He could dump another 150 if gets rid of Pona, and substantially dump the expensive European organization. He'd pay off the loan, and have another $350MM, about $500MM (w/coh)overall to fund the company for 2 years until Brig ramps. While Denner answered micans question saying he bought the company for Pona, that premise was a bust. He's stayed because of Brig.

Denner over estimated Pona's value. Everyone, including me has a tendency to overestimate Ariad everything. Rida was the fountain of youth, Pona would cure Alzheimers, and '113 was a triple threat. How many huge GIST forecasts have we seen come and go?Now Brig s likely BIC and '788 might be a pan-EGFR treatment. It still would be wise for all to temper '113 and '788 expectations accordingly.

Let's see what PP says in June.

The BoD overpaid themselves and the CEO, they breached their fiduciary responsibilities, they doctored their records and coerced and bought off their accuser...I want THE TRUTH!!!
