Mr. John T. Conroy has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NX Capital Co. since February 13, 2014. Mr. Conroy is the Co-Founder of Nexhorizon Communications Inc. (formerly Y-Tel International, Inc.) and served as its Executive Vice President of Strategic Development from October 26, 2006 to August 2008. Mr. Conroy served as Principal Accounting Officer of Nexhorizon Communications Inc. and served as its Acting Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer since November 18, 2005. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Secretary and Treasurer of Nexhorizon Communications Inc. since October 13, 2004. Mr. Conroy held various other positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for four hospitals in Florida and Louisiana. He has over 15 years experience with financial and executive management responsibilities in the healthcare field. He founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Hospital Resources, Inc. Mr. Conroy served as a Director of Nexhorizon Communications Inc. from October 13, 2004 to August 2008.
