Agree on the first part. They totally screwed up.

Not sure yet about the outlook under new management - mainly because their communication is so minimal. If there is anything to get excited about, there sure have not been any clues. This 'paradigm' shift doesn't appear to be happening - at least not toward Viscount.

Now that the issues between Pineau and the company appear resolved, I actually wish they would bring him back in some capacity. He seemed able to break through barriers in a way that others seem unable to do.
