I think we can all agree (except VC) that the product works. I think we can all agree that the inventor, regardless of his credentials has come up with something good. I think we can all agree that the management team at CTTC has not been able to capitalize on the opportunities. I think we can all agree that the devices held in inventory are at least 5 years old.

The questions on the table in my mind are
Have there been technology changes in the past 5 years?
Does CTTC have the right to execute the contract with the government?
If CTTC does have the right, when will we hear about reported shipments/sales of product?

Does this make sense?
