We may be hearing, "I sold too early" quite a bit going-forward. Although, as was mentioned, "a profit is a profit"; there are some reasons why I think we'll see MORE UPSIDE:

1) HHSE had to pay off significant debts associated with the Joel Schumacher film, "TWELVE"

a) That's time, money & energy; tied up into ONE FILM.

b) Which cost management SIX YEARS:
1) working with limited operational funds,
2) was an enormous distraction & time sink,
3) created huge headaches while diverting business resources of every kind

But they've survived it...& it's led to improvements in their business model, important hires, new retail outlets, streaming business & other successes...

2) HHSE has since made material strides in debt-reduction over the past five years.

3) Money & resources (time, energy, etc.) not going to debt-payments are becoming available for; further growth, expansion, business development, film acquisitions, trade shows/event-attendance, etc..

4) Additionally, HHSE PROVED their WalMart, NetFlix, Redbox, Target, Costco, Hastings, etc. & limited-theatrical release strategy WORKS!!!

KEEP IN MIND: While HHSE was struggling FOR YEARS with "TWELVE" debt, this DVD-to-retail & streaming-strategy:
1) Kept the doors open & business operational,
2) Paid for NEW film acquisitions,
3) Helped provide funds to pay debt obligations,
& has clearly proved profitable.

Leading to HHSE posted RECORD REVENUES in 2015.

In addition, HHSE was able to support operational expansion, hire new employees, pay out both officers some ~$50k each this year, halted dilution to near ZERO the past eight months (with no dilution planned, going forward), continued debt reduction, streamlined the operations & are now getting ready for THE CANNES Film Festival in just a few weeks.

Then there's the Chart & ADI (Accumulation Distribution Indicator): It confirms what long-term shareholders have said; namely, that they bought the stock anywhere from 3-6 years ago; & have held.

The ACCUMULATION is so SIGNIFICANT that the chart shows it UPTRENDING throughout these lean years & over an expansive range of share prices. Clearly, many shareholders have held this stock from $0.075 & continued to buy throughout these challenging-times the company has worked through.

This ADI shows shareholders rewarding HHSE's VERY RESPONSIBLE share structure management: HHSE has a float of 699mm shares. The remaining ~100mm holdings appear to be corporately-held by the CEO & COO.

And, both the CEO & COO have maintained their share holdings throughout, have not sold, & who've ONLY REDUCED their holdings (as a "self-imposed penalty"; shareholder penance if you will, after a year of uninspired fiscal results).

All of this:
[] Corporate stability
[] Corporate share holdings
[] Corporate actions of accountability

[] Historically responsible dilution
[] ~8 months of little to NO DILUTION
[] ZERO dilution guidance recently (per 6th Annual Shareholder Meeting)

[] 2015 Record Revenues
[] Significant debt-reductions
[] Operating capital expansion from debt-reductions

[] Charting historically significant Long-term ACCUMULATION
[] With prices from $0.075 all the way down to $0.004
[] & ADI still rising

Plus, a lack of any future selling pressure from dilution. Sometime this summer there won't be ANY restrictive legend removals & overhand to contend with since HHSE has not been issuing shares!! Plain & simple. summer

& MANY OTHER factors including but not limited to; audit, F10, uplifting,
CANNES Film Festival, etc. suggests there are catalysts ahead & there is little to NO OVERHANG to prevent a LONG-TERM UPTREND in HHSE.

Catalysts that might readily support HHSE re-testing & MOVING UP into a blue-sky breakout; past the historic highs (~$0.075) for the stock.

We'll see what happens. But quite a bit has changed over the past few months. Such that HHSE has been "trading differently" of late. And, if the aforementioned items remain as discussed then I can see where HHSE sustains a LONG-TERM Uptrend that reconciles with the LONG-TERM Accumulation I've ONLY seen on HHSE ever before.

Everyone to make their OWN analysis, do their DD & formulate their opinions as it regards HHSE.

I've said this when HHSE was sub-penny & maintain that the stock is well accumulated, appears tightly held & has enough catalysts & reasons to expect more UPSIDE value.

BTW, I would add that I PERSONALLY see no reason to sell & am holding shares I bought as in the 7's, have ADDED lately, & expect to continue to do so as conditions warrant: Overall, I think HHSE is undervalued for many of the reasons I've enumerated & will therefore be....
