Page 41 of yesterday's KALO 10K release states:

"We have begun to take steps to remedy the foregoing material weaknesses, including the hiring of a Kallo badged VP of Finance to oversee the accounting and financial reporting process."

Could be a reason for what appears to be a new activation of hiring a Financial Controller per the attached new job listings. Also seems KALO continues to look for new hires in other positions recently per the following.
