I don't think this is a valid concern that you are speculating.

1- CVM was not the one who mishandled the study, it was Pharmanet. That's why CVM is suing them.
2- The subjects always voluntarily participate in the study and are informed about all possible dangers. We don't have any legal papers as a proof, but almost in all cases the subjects give their full consent and won't be able to sue the company in anyway. That's why they get paid when participate in the study.
3- Although mishandling the dozes can alter the effectiveness of the study, it may not be harmful to the subject.

I don't see any base for anticipating anything like that to happen.
