The first single-share buy didn't make the .01 close stick, so a second had to be bought, closer to close. The pricing and timing may be telling, again testable.

Oh and Bacon: By all means, unleash some Quebecois French on me and put me in my place (I'll know). We can spin yarns of festivale du voyageur together, and exalt your frosty northern paradise.

Oh and relatedly, in that same batch of posts near the strange "shark" item, there was a point where it seemed you were goading me into saying more aggressive things, as if perhaps you had some other purpose? Near the weird shark post (The spear-fishing was your focus, btw-- I enjoy snorkelling). I don't have time to find the exact passage but if you could clarify your purpose generally, and these curious findings, it'd be helpful.

Myself, I've been a shareholder for nearly 8 yrs with no short interest, with no friend-of-a-friend connections to the company, and have a genuine interest in seeing justice on my investments, seeing the good tech come to market on investment (versus a failed shell, a likely new failed shell and a private Nanobeak). I've seen the company moved to Delaware for apparent protections, (probably having learned from the $100,000 SEC punishment handslap), no product ever brought to market that I know of, a whole lot of whispered 2nd hand info on the boards, and missteps all along the way (Plumber, MVantage name, you name it). I would also like to see some results for captive retail shareholders like myself, have a highly negative view of management based on an overwhleming amount of negative data, and could never conclude the things that you apparently have about the apparently great management without some remarkably different insight, possibly requiring a "poor victim of circumstance" perspective that I could never stomach (when talking about a maverick!), and only the most naive could swallow for 8 straight years. Dane, Gater, Dingo Cub, JGR, Big Rig all have speculated that all is not right...but for you, the magic remains?
