That $20M in Net Comprehensive Income is a fabricated number created by giving HempMeds Brazil an unproven, over-the-top valuation of $140M, just like last year, when they valued KannaWay at $100M. Kannaway had only $2.6M in revenue in 2015 (down 53% from 2014), and they've reduced that valuation to about $26M.
Net Comprehensive Income is not a real profit. MJNA actually had an operating loss of $3.65M on revenues of $9.2M.
