No what you don't realize is not the obvious. Simple analogy's are not going to cover the fact that Management did not perform. It also will not change the facts about this reverse split.

Now it seems all is riding on Don Diego.

Not looking good when the management seems to have moved into position to cover their butts from their previous actions. Instead of facing the music.

It is all pretty simple. It is all quite objective.
