So the top 3 BOD members own over 40% of company
About an additional 5% of OS went to other employees
Since late in 2015... Some entity has loaned 400-500k
In addition to that a director, insider, has loaned over 400k...
Only a little over 200k in CDs left...
Chrispod was awarded a contract and is sub contracting with Kallo for 21 million. Chrispod has already established supply successes with Ghana.
Guinea selected Kallo to design and install hospitals in addition to other contract. ITD moved into a much larger facility referencing Kallo's need and the same hospitals... Interestingly quiet commentary on that...
So the question I have is how does a company needing to support 19 people in salaries, with ZERO current revenue and trading at .0001 with little interest in the stock... How do they get almost a million dollars in loans from entities and a director and ITD makes a huge leap in facility size presumably for Kallo's business purpose...
How, Why?
