You hit the nail on its head, they don't care. They have their free shares, their families have their free shares and when they need free cash, of course they "pay" their taxes on them because they are outstanding citizens, but they pump the stocks they are associated with. They will never in their lives admit to fraud or any wrong doing. These scum will keep moving to different "companies" to pump and afford their different life styles till they get slapped by the SEC.
